What we do

The scope, the route,
and what it excludes.

You choose the factory, approve the specification, approve the order and release every payment. We manage the process and put the evidence in front of you. The factory stays responsible for the product and its warranty.

The route

One route.
Five visible stages.

Each stage ends in something you can reject

Define, source, verify, inspect, land
01

Define

Purpose, material, output, voltage and budget turned into a brief a factory can actually answer. The material matters most, because it changes how the machine is built.

02

Source

Factories that manufacture rather than trade. Each quotes the same specification, so the prices can be compared rather than admired side by side.

03

Verify

Company registration, export history, and whether they really build it. On request an independent inspector visits and calls you on video from inside the building.

04

Inspect

Written acceptance criteria agreed before production. Quantity, model, specification, condition and packaging checked before it ships, with photos, video and a test run.

05

Land

Export documents checked before they are issued. Forwarders compared, space booked, loading followed. Freight, duty, tax and site costs shown as separate numbers.

In scope

What the fee covers.

Named, not buried

What the fee does not cover.

Excluded, on purpose

Cheaper to say now than to discover later
01

Freight, duty and taxes

At cost, quoted by the forwarder, never with a margin from us.

02

Inspection and certification

Independent inspection, laboratory testing, audits and certificates. On request, at cost.

03

The warranty itself

It stays with the factory unless we agree something else in writing.

04

A compliance guarantee

We tell you what we found and what we could not verify. We never sign off compliance.

05

Installation and commissioning

Usually 5 to 10 per cent of machine cost, arranged with the factory or a local integrator, and rarely inside a quotation.

06

Foundation and power

Site work is yours. It is frequently the largest number nobody mentioned.

Straight answers

Questions serious buyers ask.

Who owns the relationship with the factory?+

You do. You choose the factory, you approve the order, and you release every payment. We manage the process and document it.

Do you take a commission from the factory?+

No. The fee is agreed with you in writing before work starts, and it is the only money we make on the transaction.

Can you act as the seller instead of the agent?+

A reseller arrangement is possible and is quoted on separate written terms. The two models are kept distinct on purpose.
